At H&H, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unworn and resellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
